All orders are delivered by MyHermes parcels. If there is no one available to take the delivery the delivery service will leave a card advising of the attempted delivery. The delivery service will attempt to deliver on two more occassions, leaving a card each time. After this the item will be returned to us.
For overseas customers we use Post Office parcel force with tracking and requires a signature.
Unfortunately this does increase the postage costs but it does provide proof of receipt.
UK delivery is charged by product weight combining the individual item weight where more than one item is ordered. The cost of postage is automatically adjusted to your order size, irrespective of the mix of products.
For large orders and bulk discounts please send a message so prices and delivery rates can be calculated for your individual requirements.
We hope you will be totally satisfied with your order, in the unusual event of damage we will replace any item without hesitation. We request you send a picture to our contact us address so we can verify the damage and we will send a replacement without requiring the damaged item to be returned.
In the unlikely event of you wishing to return an item, we will refund the full amount on receipt of the returned item. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
